Bénéteau Oceanis 38.1 — Puerto de Mogán

An Oceanis 38.1 from 2016 that has spent her whole life between Mogán and the Mogán–La Aldea coast, with the same owner throughout. She was bought for family sailing at weekends and has made the crossing to Tenerife three times; she has never crossed the Atlantic and has never been chartered. Two-cabin, one-heads layout, with the twin-wheel cockpit and the folding table. Original sails in good order, with a new genoa from 2023. The 29 hp Yanmar has 1,450 hours and has been serviced every year by the same yard in the marina, with invoices going back to her first season. Last hauled out in March 2026: antifouling, skin fittings checked and anodes replaced. Still outstanding: the liferaft is due for renewal in 2027, and the cockpit table needs revarnishing.
