2. Purpose

Barcos360 is a platform for boat sale listings and a professional service for inspection, survey, valuation, presentation and technical, documentary and legal advice in the marine field. Barcos360 is not a party to sales between users unless its brokerage is expressly engaged.

3. Content published by users

Listings are written by the sellers, who are responsible for the accuracy of the details. Barcos360 reviews every listing before publishing it, but that review is not a technical inspection and does not guarantee the condition of the boat. Only listings carrying the "Barcos360 Verified" mark have been through our inspection process, to the scope and on the date shown in their condition report.

4. Survey services

Inspection and survey reports are issued independently, objectively and with professional care, according to the surveyor's honest judgement and good practice in the sector, with reference to Spanish Law 14/2014 of 24 July on Maritime Navigation, Law 1/2000 of 7 January on Civil Procedure, and the rules applicable to pleasure craft. The limits on the scope of each report are stated in the document itself and in the terms of service.

Market valuations are opinions of value and are not a formal appraisal for the purposes of Spanish Order ECO/805/2003.

5. Intellectual property

The design, the brand, the logo, our own text, the reports and the photographs, videos and virtual tours produced by Barcos360 are protected and belong to Barcos360. Photographs uploaded by users belong to their authors, who license their publication by uploading them.

6. Liability

Barcos360 is not liable for loss arising from the use of information published by third parties, or for technical interruptions to the service. Liability arising from professional services engaged is governed by the accepted quote and by the terms of service.

7. Links

The site may contain links to third-party pages. Barcos360 does not control their content and is not answerable for it.

8. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under Spanish consumer legislation.
